Your information on Posted Band.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views, completed resume-tool tasks, and clicks on employer job links. Click events include the company identifier, source provider, and link placement. They do not include job titles, full destination URLs, names, emails, or application information. Resume-tool events contain only fixed tool, entry-page and template-variant labels. They contain no input or generated text. These counts describe use of the site, not submitted applications.

Vercel also reports anonymous visitor counts, referring sites, country, browser, and device information. Visitor counts are estimates, not verified people. We do not add our own visitor or session identifier. Analytics is enabled by default. You can stop pageview and click reporting by adding ?pb_analytics=off to a Posted Band page URL, or restore reporting with ?pb_analytics=on. The analytics script may still load when reporting is off. We save only that preference in this browser's local storage. If local storage is blocked, the preference applies only while the parameter is present in the URL.

Public data pages do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies and do not require visitors to submit a personal profile.

As with most hosted websites, infrastructure providers may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and error logs to deliver and secure the service.

Posted Band retains historical public employer job postings from named ATS endpoints. Collection is paused. These archives describe company-level hiring activity and employer-published compensation. Public posting text may contain recruiter or workplace contact information supplied by the employer.

The resume bullet tool sends the experience and optional role or target context you enter to our generation service only after you consent and request a rewrite. Vercel AI Gateway and OpenAI process that text to generate suggestions. Enter only information you have permission to share; leave out names, contact information, employer-confidential material, and information identifying patients, students, or clients.

We do not save these inputs or generated text in an application database or include them in application logs, analytics, or public pages. The editor holds text in browser memory until you leave or clear it. Downloads remain on your device. Infrastructure and model providers process requests under their own retention and security policies; this service does not promise zero retention by every provider. Public-source snapshots are retained to build a dated historical record and audit derived observations. Hosting providers may retain technical request logs to deliver and secure the service. Material policy changes receive a new effective date on this page.

We do not currently maintain resume accounts or a server-side resume library. Clear the editor to remove its current text, and manage downloaded files on your device. Public-source correction requests remain separate from resume-tool use.

Correction review is source-led; each public observation provides its employer endpoint and collection date for independent verification.
